Terms of Service

Service Description

Xomb provides free, browser-based file processing tools including image conversion, PDF manipulation, document processing, and more. All file processing is ephemeral — files are deleted immediately after processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Xomb only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious content.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service.
• Use automated scripts to make bulk requests beyond rate limits.
• Use the service to process illegal content.

Free Tier Limits

Free users are limited to 20 operations per hour, with a maximum file size of 50MB per file and 60 seconds of processing time per operation. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users.

Pro Tier

Pro subscribers receive elevated limits: 200 operations per hour, 200MB file size, and 300 seconds processing time. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.

No Warranty

Xomb is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to ensure tools work correctly, but we are not liable for any data loss, incorrect conversions, or service interruptions. Always keep a backup of your original files.

File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. We do not inspect, moderate, or store file content. Files are processed and immediately discarded.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
